Often times life can be challenging and many of us are not prepared to deal with those issues and find ourselves in an unfamiliar place. Our team is dedicated to providing individualized care to meet your needs. Our experience enables us to offer effective, individualized outpatient psychological care. We specialize in treating depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges and a variety of other issues that can create an imbalance in an individual's life.

I provide Cognitive Behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing. I've worked with children and adults in the mental health field for over 15 years and individuals with addiction for over 8 years. I've treated individuals with various mental health and substance use disorders.

Depression, Anxiety & ADHD
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
We also address issues with attention deficit disorder. Through treatment, we are able to assist children and adults with increasing productivity, feeling purposeful, focusing and organizational skills to live a more successful life.
Addiction
Many individuals struggle with addiction of various types, including alcohol, drugs and gambling. Through counseling and treatment, the recovery process can begin, relationships can heal and support systems can be established.
Relationships
Relationship and marriage counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection and improve communication, in all stages of their relationship. Treatment can focus on conditioning an already strong foundation or rebuilding it. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and create solutions to better strengthen your relationship.

Often times, we find ourselves in a place where we just want someone to listen to us. We just want to be heard. We are here to listen.

The Social Skills Group for Girls (SSGG) focuses on increasing social skills in young tween/adolescent/teenaged girls. Issues targeted include self-esteem, depression, anxiety, bullying, compliance, problem-solving, communication, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, anger, negative thought patterns, mindfulness and some DBT concepts.

Marriage, couples and family sessions are geared toward addressing some of the issues that create barriers in relationships (e.g. communication, lack of trust, inattentiveness, lack of individuality, roles, connecting, etc.).

Important information about our services offered:
Telehealth services are provided due to COVID-19 safety precautions. Face to face is available upon request. Telehealth is confidential and allows the client and clinician to engage in treatment through video conference.
Payments and Insurance:
At this time we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans (you will see a small suitcase with PPO inside of it on the front of your card) BCBS Federal/FEP plans and BCBS State Health Plans for mental health and substance use counseling. We accept Health Flex spending cards, cash and credit cards for payment. Other options may be available upon request (e.g. sliding scale fees).
Late cancellation and no show policy:
Although we understand things may happen that are unpredictable or an extenuating circumstance, we are also committed to providing quality service to all of the individuals we serve. In order to be consistent with our quality of service, availability is of utmost importance. When there are late cancellations or no shows it prevents other individuals from being able to be served. We care about the needs of every individual we serve and our dedication to you is a reflection of that. Late cancellation/no shows may incur a fee.
